Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Estimates

  • US Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • International Shipping: 6–18 business days
    (Once shipped, delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are beyond our control.)

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Packaging
All items are packaged with care using organza pouches or luxe boxes, along with protective padding. Each order is handled with intention and love.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the postal carrier. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we no longer have control over its delivery.

Insurance & Claims
All U.S. orders include up to $100 in USPS shipping insurance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting your local post office in person, as this often leads to faster resolution. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

International Shipping
