Due to the nature of our products — including crystals, handmade jewelry, and energy-sensitive items — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Order Issues or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will do our best to make things right on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS automatically includes $100 insurance on all U.S. orders. If your order is missing, please file a claim directly with USPS and consider visiting your local post office in person for assistance.
